Our Bannon 2025 Review and 2026 Office Pulse highlights a strong year-end performance for the Dublin office market.
This momentum is expected to continue into 2026. However, the supply of Grade A office space, particularly in Dublin 2, is tightening, as demand remains robust and there is limited new construction in the near-term pipeline.
