Sam recently joined Bannon in March 2024. Graduating from Technological University Dublin (TUD) with a First Class Honours in Advertising and Marketing Communications, which has provided him with a unique perspective for working in the commercial property industry. Sam is studying towards a MSc in Real Estate (full time) alongside his work in Bannon. Sam is a member of the SCSI and is also preparing for his APC interview to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Sam has been named as one of “Ireland’s 30 under 30” by the Irish Independent. He was also nominated to represent Technological University Dublin at the Student Entrepreneur Awards hosted by Enterprise Ireland, where he finished in the Top 10 students across Ireland.
