RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Bannon Property Consultants and The Dublin Nutrition Centre are looking to recruit a shared Receptionist / Administrator. Both businesses occupy office in Dublin city centre. This is a dual role with a shared reception.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Shared Role
- Greet and welcome clients when they arrive into the office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- General reception admin
Bannon
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Book Meeting Rooms/Prep meeting rooms for meetings/organise refreshments
- Organise couriers
- Order front office supplies
- Update Property listings
- Manage Ronspot app (meeting room and desk booking system)
- Assist with the Bannon administration team on general tasks
- Keep daily log of staff in/out
DNC
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage diaries for the DNC employees/dietitians
- Manage/respond to general emails
Skills Required
- Good general IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner

Salary: Depending on experience
