Bannon Office Pulse Q2 2026
Our Q2 2026 Bannon Office Pulse highlights a strong quarter for the Dublin office market, with take-up increasing by 61% from the previous quarter to almost 638,000 sq.ft. across 61 transactions.
While suburban markets recorded a higher level of activity during Q2 than previous quarters, Prime City Centre locations continued to dominate, accounting for 56% of all take-up. This reinforces the continued preference for high-quality accommodation within Dublin’s established business districts, particularly amongst larger occupier requirements.
The future pipeline is encouraging, with approximately 976,000 sq.ft. currently reserved across the market. Notably, 86% of reserved space in Dublin 2 comprises Grade A accommodation, underlining occupiers’ continued preference for best-in-class office space in prime locations.
