Surveyor, Sustainability Manager
Cillian joined Bannon in 2016 and has carried out design development and development viability reporting, works for public bodies, internal system project and is actively involved in multiple ongoing asset management instructions across Ireland.
Cillian specialises in design development consultancy and asset management and is responsible for a nationwide portfolio of over 50,000 sq.m. including The Retail Park Liffey Valley and Limerick One Shopping Park. In his time at Bannon, Cillian has been extensively involved in the design, development and lettings process of The Crossings in Adamstown SDZ, Ireland’s newest town and the first new retail scheme developed in over a decade. In addition to this, Cillian carries out market research for Bannon through tracking and analysing property trends and demographic data.
In 2021 Cillian was appointed Sustainability Manager at Bannon. As part of this role Cillian is Chair of Bannon’s Sustainability Committee and is responsible for the development and implementation of an environmental policy, environmental management system and sustainability initiatives within the office and the wider Bannon portfolio.
