William is a chartered surveyor with over 14 years’ experience in the property industry. This experience includes working in Professional Services and Property Management.  This varied experience has given him a valuable insight into the multi-faceted nature of property and a deep understanding of the requirements for maintaining and enhancing the value of assets for his clients.

As part of his current role within the Bannon Management Department, William leads a team that is responsible for the management of a commercial property portfolio in excess of 1.5 million sq. ft. This portfolio encompasses shopping centres, retail parks and offices throughout Ireland.  William and his team are responsible for a portfolio that includes Swords Pavilions, MacDonagh Junction, Thurles Shopping Centre, Manor Mills, Swan Centre and Drogheda Retail Park to name a few.

William’s areas of expertise include property management, analysis of lease documentation and general consultancy. William also prepares reports on various matters for a varying range of clients. William and his team are extremely proactive in their roles as Property Managers with an emphasis based on reporting to clients in a clear, concise manner and developing relationships with clients and occupiers alike.
