Stephen joined Bannon in February 2022 as a university intern, working part-time while completing his studies. He transitioned to a full-time role after earning a Second Class Honours BSc in Property Economics from the Technological University of Dublin (TUD) in June 2023. Prior to this, Stephen gained valuable experience at a residential property company following his First Class Honours in the Auctioneering and Valuation course from TUD in June 2021.

Stephen is part of the property management team working under the guidance of William Lambe and Alex Patterson where he attends to clients such as Irish Life, Davy and Sigma Retail Partners on a daily basis.

Stephen is a member of the SCSI and is currently preparing for his APC interview.
