Sam is a Surveyor in the Professional Services & Land Division. Led by Paul Doyle, he undertakes a range of valuations on an ongoing basis for the country’s main lending institutions and developers. These instructions range from single occupier properties to multi-million euro portfolios across a diverse range of property sectors.

As part of his professional services role, Sam works with landowners affected by CPO’s resulting from some of the country’s largest infrastructural projects including railways, motorways, gas pipelines and drainage schemes. He also represents and advises commercial rate payers situated within local authority areas undergoing rates revaluations.

Sam also works with Paul Doyle and Niall Brereton in development land, where they oversee the acquisition and disposal of assets for a variety of clients including religious institutions, large investors and developers.
