Richard is currently responsible for the property management of an extensive mixed use portfolio which includes office blocks, retail and business parks. Richard also has extensive experience in facilities management and demonstrates unparalleled dedication to providing outstanding building management, developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive maximum user service and satisfaction. He is also responsible for preparing, implementing and managing planned preventative maintenance and life cycle reports of various assets.
