Philip joined Bannon in August 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor, having previously worked as Building Manager at the landmark Clerys Quarter development. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in property operations, tenant relations and asset management.

As part of Bannon’s Property Management team, Philip assists in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including mixed-use developments, office buildings and shopping centres across Dublin and Ireland. His involvement across both operational and professional property management roles provides valuable insight into the day-to-day requirements of client assets, helping to deliver a high standard of service to clients and occupiers alike.

Philip is currently preparing to undertake the APC process with the SCSI, with the goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
