Paul Doyle has over 25 years’ experience in the Irish commercial property market and is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. Paul joined Bannon at its commencement in 2005 as one of the founding Directors. Paul was appointed Managing Director of Bannon in 2015 and is responsible for the overall operation of the company. Paul also heads the Professional Services Division and is actively involved in the Development Land Division.

Paul’s experience is considerable and rounded.  His main areas of speciality are valuations, development land agency and consulting, landlord & tenant and general consultancy.  Paul has a varied client base including banks, religious institutions, a variety or retailers (motor, grocery and drapery), large investors and developers.

Paul is actively involved with Technological University Dublin and has been mentoring students in the Property Economics course for several years.  He is also an Assessor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
