Odhran joined Bannon in January 2024 to undergo his 12 week placement as a college intern within the Property Management Department. For his final year he continued to work with Bannon for one day a week as he completed his degree. Following the completion of his degree in 2025 in Property Economics at Technological University Dublin (TUD), He began working full-time with the property management team.

He works under the supervision of Ray Geraghty, who heads the Property Management Surveying team at Bannon. In his role, Odhran supports the management of several key sites, including Quayside, Citywest, and Westside, among others. His duties involve handling daily tenant matters, managing leases and  preparing annual service charge budgets.

Odhran aims to begin the process of undertaking and preparing for the APC with the SCSI to become a Charted Surveyor.
