Kate joined Bannon in September 2025 after graduating from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2024.

Kate is part of the property management team working under the guidance of Richard Merriman and Wiliam Lambe where she attends to clients such as Irish Life and Musgrave Operating Partners Ireland Ltd.

Kate is currently enrolled in Technological University Dublin studying a Master’s in Real Estate part-time alongside her work in Bannon. Kate is also in the process of undertaking and preparing for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the SCSI.
