Jennifer is a Director in the Retail Agency Department with over 14 years’ experience specialising in Retail Agency. Jennifer has an in-depth knowledge of the Irish retail market acting for a wide variety of private clients and institutional owners in relation to retail lettings, sales and acquisitions.

Jennifer is currently leasing agent on 11 major schemes across the country including Blanchardstown Centre, Ilac Shopping Centre, Marshes Shopping Centre, Athlone Town Centre and MacDonagh Shopping Centre. She has been responsible for several key lettings including a number of retail firsts for Ireland including the first Michael Kors and Selected stores at Dundrum Town Centre. She is advisory to Irish Life across their prime retail assets on Grafton Street and Henry Street. Jennifer’s clients include Irish Life, Falcon AM, Hammerson, Davidson Kempner, Davy, Kennedy Wilson, Tesco, and Sawbridge Limited. Jennifer also provides strategic advice to a number of national and international occupiers in acquiring both new stores and advising in respect of their existing portfolio.

Jennifer works closely with The International Retail Network with offices in USA, UK, China, Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic and Belgium, who represent retailers such as Inditex, H&M, TK Maxx, Brandy Melville, Uniqlo, Barnes & Noble, Hugo Boss, Nike, Wholefoods and Fnac.
