Darren is an Executive Director and a key member of the retail team.  He has been a retail specialist for nearly 20 years and an extensive knowledge of the Ireland’s retail property market.

He has been involved in most of the major retail schemes in Ireland including Blanchardstown Centre, Dundrum Town Centre, Pavilions Swords, South King Street, The Square Tallaght, Athlone Town Centre, Bridgewater Centre and Gateway Retail Park, Galway. During his years of retail agency, Darren has secured lettings to high profile names such as Hamleys, Michael Kors, Mint Velvet, New Look, Zara, H&M and Hollister, Flannels, Harvey Norman and Superdry. He also acts for a number of private investors agreeing lettings to retailers and restauranteurs around the county. Darren acts for a number of retailers on strategy and acquisitions including; Pret a Manger, Smiggle, Regatta Great Outdoors, Carhartt, Carphone Warehouse, Ann Summers, Gino’s Ice Cream, and Tuthills Newsagents.

Darren is also a key member of The International Retail Network with offices in 13 countries collaborating with retail specialists giving access to retailers and retail information from around the world.
