Cillian O’Reilly
Chartered Surveyor, Sustainability Manager
Cillian joined Bannon in 2016, contributing to design development, development viability reporting, public body projects, internal system projects, and multiple ongoing asset management instructions across Ireland.
Cillian holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Accounting from Maynooth University (2018) and an MSc in Real Estate from Technical University Dublin (2021). He recently completed the SCSI APC process, becoming a Chartered Surveyor and a full member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Specializing in design development consultancy and asset management, Cillian oversees a nationwide portfolio of over 50,000 sq.m., including The Retail Park Liffey Valley and Limerick One Shopping Park. During his tenure at Bannon, he has played a significant role in the design, development, and lettings process of The Crossings in Adamstown SDZ, Ireland’s newest town and the first new retail scheme developed in over a decade. Additionally, Cillian conducts market research for Bannon, tracking and analysing property trends and demographic data.
In 2021, Cillian was appointed Sustainability Manager at Bannon. In this role, he chairs Bannon’s Sustainability Committee and is responsible for developing and implementing an environmental policy, an environmental management system, and sustainability initiatives within the office and across the broader Bannon portfolio.
