Brian joined the Property Management team in November 2020 and is responsible for a mixed portfolio of assets which includes shopping centres, retail parks and offices. Brian’s responsibilities include dealing with day-to-day tenant issues, lease management, preparation of annual service charge budgets, capital expenditure works and preparation of reports for a varying range of clients.

Brian is responsible for some key assets including Athlone Towncentre Shopping Centre, Gateway Retail Park (Galway), Limerick One Shopping Park and Westside Shopping Centre (Galway). Brian holds a degree in Construction Management from Athlone Institute of Technology and is also in the process of undertaking and preparing for his APC interview.
