Alex commenced her career in commercial property in 2010 and since then has specialised in the areas of valuations, investment, consultancy and more recently property management. This experience has provided Alex with a diverse range of knowledge of the market and a rounded skillset.

Alex was promoted to Director in 2023 and is currently responsible for the management of over 1,200,000 sq. ft of commercial accommodation including Swords, Pavilions and Stephens Green Shopping Centre.

Alex obtained a First in Estate Management BSc (Hons) from Northumbria University in the UK in 2009 having previously completed Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency BSc from DIT Bolton Street. In 2014 Alex became a Chartered Surveyor having successfully completed the Assessment of Professional Competence with the SCSI.  Alex is a member of the SCSI and RICS along with holding a PSRA license.
