Trespass open their 15th store in Ireland
Trespass the value outdoor specialist sportswear brand has recently opened their 15th store in Ireland at No. 54 South King Street, Dublin 2. It is understood that Irish Life purchased the property from the previous occupier Oxfam Ireland in an off market transaction in late 2016.
Trespass has over 400 stores in 70 countries worldwide with retail sales exceeding €400 million per annum and has gradually expanded the brand in Ireland over pass 10 years.
Trespass has taken a 15 year lease for the ground floor and basement of the property extending to 1,765 sq ft. It is understood that Trespass are paying a rent in the region €135,000 per annum and secured a 6 month rent free period.
