We are delighted to see the successful transformation of Unit 20 at The Mill Shopping Centre, moving from a vacant D2-rated unit to a fully occupied B2-rated space with a high-quality fit-out and strong occupier in place.

This project demonstrates how proactive property management and close collaboration can enhance asset performance while supporting sustainability objectives.
