A high street retail investment property on Main Street, Gorey occupied by UK retailer Poundland t/a Deal’z, has been successfully sold by agents Bannon for €1.15m.

Bannon recently handled the sale of a small city centre investment property on Drury Street, Dublin 2. The agency achieved approximately €370,000 for the property which is occupied by the long established ‘The Drury Barber’ who have been trading from the building for over 20 years and have approximately 12 years remaining on the current lease.
