Office and retail rents in Dublin to rise by 12%
Prime office and retail rents in Dublin are to rise by about 12% in 2016, according to a new commercial property outlook from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
Residential rents rise 9% nationally in 2015
Residential rents increased by 9% over the course of last year, this compares to an increase of 10.7% reported in 2014, according to the latest quarterly report from property www.daft.ie.

Facebook to build €200m data centre in Meath
Facebook has confirmed it will proceed with the construction of a new €200m data centre in Co Meath, due to start construction in the next couple of months and will come online by early 2018 at the latest.
