New Sensory Room Now Open at Swords Pavilions

We are pleased to announce the opening of a new Sensory Room at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre: a calm and supportive space designed for children who benefit from a quieter, more controlled environment.

This initiative was brought forward by members of our on-site team, who identified the need for a space where children and families could step away from the busy atmosphere of the shopping centre. Their thoughtful approach, from initial concept through to implementation, has played a key role in making the Sensory Room a reality.

The room has been carefully fitted with features such as a bubble tube, sensory wall panels, an infinity mirror, and a soft ball pit, creating an engaging yet soothing environment. It offers children a place to relax, regulate, and recharge—particularly helpful for those with sensory processing needs or those who may feel overwhelmed in louder, more stimulating settings.

As property managers, we are committed to supporting inclusive, accessible spaces that reflect the needs of our wider community. The Sensory Room is an example of how small but meaningful changes can make a real difference in improving the visitor experience for families.
