Mango is now open on 112/113 Grafton Street
The highly anticipated new MANGO flagship store officially opened its doors at 112/113 Grafton Street over the weekend. We had the pleasure of a sneak preview—and to say it’s amazing would be an understatement.
Mango’s commitment to opening one of their largest stores in Ireland on Grafton Street highlights the remarkable renaissance the country’s premier retail street has experienced over the past three years.
The exit of several UK high street chains created opportunities for a new wave of international brands to establish a presence in the area. Mango now joins a vibrant mix including Lululemon, ICCLE, New Balance, LEGO, Sweaty Betty, Montblanc, American Vintage, Rains, and Carhartt. Together, these brands have transformed the area from high post-COVID vacancy to near full occupancy—more in line with what one would expect from a European capital of Dublin’s stature.
In fact, we’ve agreed more lettings on Grafton Street and Henry Street in the past three years than in the previous fifteen combined. There’s a steady stream of European and international retailers eager to tap into the Irish market. Once they experience the strong trading conditions here, many look to expand further with larger footprints.
Vacancy rates in the area have now dropped to low single digits, with very little retail space currently available. For information on the remaining opportunities within our client’s portfolio, please don’t hesitate to contact Jennifer Mulholland or James Quinlan.
