The Drury Barber makes €370,000
Bannon recently handled the sale of a small city centre investment property on Drury Street, Dublin 2. The agency achieved approximately €370,000 for the property which is occupied by the long established ‘The Drury Barber’ who have been trading from the building for over 20 years and have approximately 12 years remaining on the current lease.
The current rent of €24,000 will net the investor an immediate return in the order of 6.2% after standard purchasers costs.
David Carroll of Bannon who handled the sale on behalf of the receiver commented that “over 125 parties enquired about the property over the 4 week marketing campaign compounding the significant demand from cash investors for well-located commercial real estate”.
Bannon will be bringing to the market two further buildings on Drury Street in the coming weeks
