Malahide Castle and Gardens operator opportunity

Malahide Castle and Gardens Ltd are seeking an operator to manage Malahide Castle & Gardens, a recreational and cultural facility in north Dublin.  The selected party will be responsible for attracting visitors, both domestic and overseas, coordinating on site tours, managing the running of the facility and maximising visitor numbers to the attraction.

The owner and Bord Failte are investing €10.5m to upgrade tourist facilities and provide a better visitor experience.

These works include a new restaurant and retail shop with terms being finalised with a well known Irish operator

The attraction will be provided as a turn key facility with the input of the operator incorporated regarding the planning and layout. Further details on this opportunity can be viewed at bannon.ie/malahidecastle

Interested parties are required to register their interest by completing a questionnaire available to download at www.etenders.gov.ie

This questionnaire is to be submitted no later than12 pm Wednesday 28th September in hard copy to Bannon’s offices

Tender documents will be issued to selected parties around the 5th of October.
