Ben has over 20 years’ experience in various disciplines of commercial property, particularly in relation to retail development and professional services. Ben joined Bannon in 2005 at its commencement. Ben is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Ireland Registered Valuer.

As Divisional Director, Ben is involved in providing professional advice to a wide variety of clients in relation to valuations and rent reviews as well as being involved in commercial development consultancy. In addition, he advises clients in respect of commercial property development, design and value creation and asset management. This broad spectrum of experience provides Ben with wide ranging knowledge of the commercial property market.

Through his years of experience, Ben has been involved in various aspects of commercial property for some of the largest commercial developments in the Country, including involvement in the design and development for the Dublin Central Project, O’Connell Street on behalf of Chartered Land, Rent Reviews for Dundrum Town Centre on behalf of Crossridge Investments and the provision of general property and acquisition advice to MRPI.
