Leigha joined the property management team as a senior account manager in September 2020 and was promoted to Divisional Director in 2023. She is a qualified chartered accountant having been admitted to Chartered Accountants Ireland in February 2020. She completed her training contract in the audit department in BDO, working on a huge variety of clients and industries including retail, manufacturing and construction. After this, she worked in Fund Investments before joining Bannon.

Leigha also has a MA Accounting (2016) and a BBS Business & Accounting (2015) from NUI.
