Eugene joined Bannon in January 2016 initially as a graduate surveyor working part time whilst completing his Property Economics Degree in Technical University Dublin (Formerly DIT). Following completion of his degree in May 2016 Eugene commenced working full time alongside the Property Management Department. During this Eugene has successfully completed the SCSI APC process on becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Eugene oversees a mixed portfolio of assets which includes offices, shopping centres & retail parks. Eugene’s responsibilities include dealing with day-to-day tenant issues, analysis of Lease documentation, preparation of annual service charge budgets, capital expenditure works and preparation of reports for a varying range of clients.
