Peter rejoined Bannon in May 2024 and has over 10 years experience in Ireland as a Property Management Surveyor in the Retail, Residential Block Management, Community & Voluntary Sectors. Within Bannon, Peter provides FRI Annual or Bi-Annual Property Inspections for a number of key clients in addition to providing regional Property Management support to the wider Property Management Team as required.

From his Building Surveying background Peter has a strong interest in how the maintenance & sustainability of Retail, Office & Warehouse Assets can meet owner & occupiers business development demands & ESG requirements.

Prior to moving to Ireland, Peter worked in the UK as a Building Surveyor for a number of property consultant & public sector clients. Peter gained experience in the upgrading of existing buildings to meet improving Building Standards in the areas of Disability Access, Fire Safety & Energy Efficiency as well as the Day to Day management of the maintenance of Social Housing, Schools, Public Buildings & Warehouse Premises. Further back Peter graduated in 1998 with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich & is presently working through his APC to become an SCSI Chartered Property Management Surveyor.
