Bannon to expand Management arm

‘Commercial property adviser Bannon has recently recruited nine staff and is seeking to expand its property management division. Managing director Neil Bannon, who has already been acting on behalf of a number of the banks to assist with the asset management of the more troubled retail assets, will take direct control of the property management division. He believes that landlords have to match their tenants closely to the demographics of their catchment areas at present.’
