Dublin City Commerical Rates Revaluation
A Revaluation of the estimated 25,000 commercial properties within the Dublin City Council administrative area is currently ongoing. The objective of this process is to directly link the annual commercial rates liability of a property with the actual or estimated rental value.
Following the Revaluation process, your annual rates liability may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged. It is imperative that all occupiers actively engage with the Revaluation process to ensure that they receive a fair valuation as this will form the basis for all future rates bills.
