Project Fitzwilliam – Redevelopment of 27 Lower Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.
Redevelopment of ESB’s Headquarters on Fitzwilliam Street in Dublin 2. The new 45,000 sq.m development will deliver one of the most efficient and sustainable commercial office developments in Dublin city, while sensitively respecting and enhancing the Georgian streetscape.
The project involves the demolition of the existing buildings, the retention and refurbishment of a number of protected Georgian structures and the construction of a new seven-storey office block as designed by internationally acclaimed Grafton Architects and O’Mahony Pike Architects.
Bannon were appointed as members of the technical assessment panel and subsequently appointed as their commercial property advisor on the selected scheme.
