As Retail Advisors in the Design team, Bannon worked alongside HJ Lyons, Linesight and SLA Planning Consultants. Bannon applied our Catchment, Customer, Competition, Experience (CCCE) approach to establish a target occupier mix. This approach was adopted to meet the daily and weekly convenience shopping and social needs of the current and future catchment, with a viable timeline for development across the entire Strategic Development Zone. Through an off-market letting process, the Consultancy team secured Tesco (3,672 sq. m. / 39,525 sq. ft.) and the Retail team secured Aldi (1,923 sq. m. / 20,699 sq. ft.) as scheme anchors.
