Bannon acted as the acquisition agent for 45 Henry Street on behalf of a private individual. The subject property is fully let to Holland & Barrett and is located on one of Dublin’s prime shopping streets.
Bannon had identified Henry Street as long-term investment proposition. We proposed this idea after an extensive period of research which we issued to the client in question. After reviewing a number of opportunities, we advised our client to bid for 45 Henry Street. 45 Henry Street was a high profile and double fronted prime retail unit that offered a strong tenant covenant with a low passing rent. The Bannon team maintained consistent contact with the vendors agent and our client to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion.
Following a best bid process the subject property was acquired on behalf of our client for €3.7m, closing in Q3 2023. Bannon were engaged as the property managers for the premise.
