Our client was searching for a market advice report which included guidance on leasing their asset, an underutilised office building, as well as the potential change of use of the asset to establish the most advantageous solution to securing long term, sustainable income. The task for Bannon was to review the layout and structure of the property through meeting the team’s architect, doing a site inspection while reviewing an existing report and floorplans. The team then reported on the current surrounding competing environment, while suggesting potential uses for the building assessing their viability and profitability.
