Bannon are one of the largest and most experienced retail specialists in Ireland with experience in leasing all classes of retail assets, from Major Town Centres, Regional Centres, Retail Parks and Neighbourhood Centres. We are currently agents on over 50 schemes with a gross lettable area of in excess 11,000,000 sq. ft. and 1,700 retail units.

Bannon act for and lease properties for institutional and independent owners of prime high street property in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. We also act for a number of international retailers seeking prime high street opportunities in Ireland. Our access to international markets and vast contacts with retailers and agents has allowed us to complete transactions with high quality International and domestic brands over the past number of decades.
