Managing one of Ireland’s largest, busiest and most successful retail destinations. In addition to management Bannon has been the retained leasing agent of the asset since acquiring it for our client in 2006.
Bannon is responsible for managing the annual service charge regime which incorporates a range of external service providers as well as an active on-site team. The busy centre attracts 12m visitors per annum, combined with the operational needs of two supermarkets, an 11-screen cinema, 10 restaurants and a large range of fashion retailers. The car park, which is split between a multi-storey and five surface car parks, has c.2,000 spaces making it one of the largest in Ireland.
Despite the challenges presented by the GFC, on-line shopping and COVID 19, The Pavilions has maintained a consistently high level of occupancy (currently 96.4%) and rental payments.
