Lush, Dundrum Town Centre

Lush, who had representation in the Irish market in 3 smaller shops, sought to enhance their representation and open new format stores. Bannon were appointed by Lush to identify key target trading locations and also identify properties or units which suit the Lush trading format. Bannon’s role is to identify on and off market opportunities in the agreed locations and negotiate leases in these locations.
Bannon met with Lush to understand they key metrics for new stores, in terms of their size and location requirements and once these were understood produced a list of target locations for the initial store roll out. Bannon engaged with the key agents and owners to identify what as available or coming available in the target locations. Once we received information on possible targets we analysed the key deal metrics and negotiated the commercial terms along with providing support through the legal process and some assistance towards opening.
Lush have opened their first modern format store in Dundrum Town Centre. The store opened in early November 2022 and Bannon are continuing to work on identifying the next target locations.
