A standout asset to the building was Trevor Nally, who had been working on site since 1998, originally in a dual security and receptionist role with Securiforce. Trevor’s deep knowledge of the building, long-standing relationships with occupiers, and proactive attitude made him the ideal person to take on greater responsibility.
Bannon worked closely with Trevor to expand his role in line with the evolving needs of the building and its occupiers. Over time, Trevor became a central figure in the day-to-day operation of International House, supporting the property management team with frontline communication, facilities coordination, and issue resolution.
In 2017, when Intesa Sanpaolo acquired the building, they retained Bannon as managing agents and continued to invest in both infrastructure and occupier experience. Reflecting a shared commitment to quality and long-term value. Recent upgrades include modernised shower and changing facilities and an upcoming refurbishment of the reception area.
Throughout these changes, the collaborative approach between Bannon, the owner, and Trevor ensured that every enhancement was delivered with minimal disruption and maximum benefit to the occupiers.
