Following engagement with the occupiers of Harbourmaster III our clients decided to install showers on the ground floor of building.
Due to a gap in the appointed contractors schedule it was agreed that the works would commence at very short notice.
Due to the short notice, Bannon actively engaged with all occupiers in the building to ensure they were fully appraised of the disruption the works would cause.
During the works Bannon regularly communicated with all occupiers to ensure any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
This project resulted in the building occupiers obtaining state of the art welfare facilities with minimal disruption to the occupiers. This was achieved with constant communication and cooperation from all parties involved in the project.
