The Task
Our client advised us of their intention to dispose of Gorey Shopping Centre. We have been engaged as Managing Agents of Gorey Shopping Centre since 2014.
Our clients engaged the services of our Capital Markets team to dispose of the asset.
In advance of the sale, we were requested to oversee several capital projects to ensure the shopping centre presented in the best possible light during the sales process.
The Skills
The Bannon Property Management team prepared a broad scope for each project and reached agreement with our clients prior to issuing tender requests.
Bannon managed the procurement of each project and issued recommendations to our clients for each package of works.
Bannon oversaw the completion of the works in conjunction with the on-site centre management team.
The Result
By using our industry knowledge and experience, the Bannon Property Management team oversaw the completion of the following projects on budget and on time;
- The re-surfacing of the ground level carpark
- The installation of parent and child changing facilities
- The installation of the LED lighting in the basement carpark
