Bannon were initially instructed by ESB to form part of a professional group to assess submissions as part of an architectural competition for the development of 27 & 28 Fitzwilliam Street. ESB were developing this prime site to create a new corporate HQ for ESB, together with a second block which would be available to lease. Bannon’s role for the development of 27 & 28 Fitzwilliam Street spanned multiple functions across the firm including; architectural selection, design consultancy, valuations and appraisals, acquisition agent, joint letting agent for Fitzwilliam 28 and ultimately joint sales agent for Fitzwilliam 28.
