Chatham & King is a prime mixed-use development located on Chatham Street and South King Street which comprises 10,000 sq. m. of modern retail and Grade A Office accommodation, together with six luxury apartments overlooking Chatham Street. The office element of the development is occupied in its entirety (5,000 sq. m.) by private research company Qualtrics. The anchor retail units are occupied by Zara and H&M. The task is to manage the asset in a manner that works effectively for the differing users of the prime offices and High Street retail.

The Bannon team have been instrumental in the development achieving its BREEAM In-Use certification and assist the Investor in their annual GRESB submission. The portfolio of assets which Chatham & King forms part of has been awarded the highest possible rating of five green stars out of five and was named as a sustainability sector leader over four consecutive years. The asset has been 100% occupied since it’s development in 2007. Bannon has managed the asset since it’s construction.
