Bannon used our wealth of knowledge and experience both nationally and internationally to inform a comprehensive leasing strategy to fully capitalise on Blanchardstown Centre’s strength. Understanding the occupier mix we saw opportunity to renew and revitalise. Certain uses classes were overrepresented, others had inadequate supply. Working closely with the client we began to gradually enhance the mix. Our strategy included identification of best-in-class traders, a focus on international brands to broaden the Centre’s profile and advice in respect of the overall masterplan, future development of the centre and mall upgrade.
