Our client required best in class advice in relation to the re-letting of a high-profile trophy building on Grafton Street. The task was to secure a top-quality international brand with a good covenant in the shortest possible time. The task was complicated by the marketing period coinciding with Covid 19 restrictions.
A top-quality marketing campaign was required to ensure that the opportunity achieved maximum reach. With our global presence through TIRN we were able to ensure that agencies and retailers across Asia, Europe and the USA were aware of the prime nature of the opportunity. We procured four offers for the building and following competitive bidding agreed terms with our clients preferred occupier, Canada Goose. We engaged closely with the CG team during the legal process and ensured that documents were exchanged and the letting secured in as short a timeframe as possible.
Bannon secured four offers from top retailer brands; Under Armour, Vans, Anthropologie and Canada Goose. Our client secured a premium international brand commensurate with the quality of their asset.
In securing this and other lettings on the street Bannon have been instrumental in ensuring Grafton Street retains its premium brand status and remains a primary expansion location in any retailers plan for entering or growing their physical store base in Europe.
