As design consultants Bannon worked with the project team in finalising a planning application for the redevelopment of the Hanover Building with a particular emphasis on asset enrichment, to create an end product to meet new market standards and ultimately secure a letting of the property to a high calibre occupier. This was achieved through advise on floor plate efficiencies, the addition of terraces, penthouse floor and superior end of journey facilities together with enhanced sustainability initiatives. The marketing campaign was centred around positioning the now 2WML as a ‘best in class’ Grade A office building via a strategic marketing plan and bespoke collateral and market launch.
