George joined the Consulting Team at Bannon in 2019 and has been involved in a diverse range of instructions including property portfolio strategies, assessments of commercial viability and rent sustainability, commercial design consultancy, development capacity analysis, and market and retailer research for both internal and external purposes.

George has provided strategic consultancy and research services regarding office, retail and mixed-use property assets and developments for international and domestic clients, public bodies and private property holdings. George was involved in providing strategic advice to Dublin City Council as part of the formal review process for the Dublin City Development Plan 2022 – 2028 which identified and promoted the need for experiential and place making developments to support the commercial property sector. George has provided a review and strategic advice to Irish Life on their portfolio of Dublin high street retail properties.

George is actively involved in providing and implementing property strategies and commercial assessment to some of the most prominent institutional and private investors in the Irish real estate market.
