Emer joined Bannon in August 2020 and has over 7 years Property Management experience in Office, Retail and Residential sectors in Ireland and New Zealand. Emer manages several Shopping Centres and Retails Parks throughout Ireland and her responsibilities include dealing with day to day client & tenant issues, lease analysis and service charge budget preparation. Emer is focused on providing a high standard of professional and efficient services for clients and building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and clients.

Emer has a Business Management Degree and is currently completing a Property Services and Facilities Management Certificate and working on her APC’s to become an RICS chartered surveyor.
